A GEO platform that visualizes the gap between your "ideal AI recognition (your brand's strengths and uniqueness)" and what AI actually says about you — and provides concrete improvement strategies to close that gap.
How Genview thinks
Bring AI's "recognition" closer to your "ideal." Measurement is just the starting point. What matters is closing the gap between "what AI currently says about you" and your "ideal AI recognition." And one AI isn't enough — Genview lets you address all five: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok.
1
Define ideal AI recognition
Decide how you want AI to recognize you first
2
Discover the gap
Visualize the gap between current AI descriptions and your ideal
3
Improve with strategies
Fix the gap using AI-generated concrete strategies
4
Move closer to ideal
Track score changes monthly and keep closing the gap
Based on this philosophy, Genview builds results by repeating the measure → improve cycle. With GA4 integration set up, you can also track AI-sourced traffic data for deeper analysis. The following explains the specific steps.
⚠ GEO improvements take time to reflect
The frequency with which AI training data and RAG references update varies by platform. Even after executing strategies, score reflection can take weeks to months. Don't stop improving just because numbers don't change immediately.
1. Check your current state on the dashboard
The goal here isn't to aim for a high score right away. It's to record your starting point and decide where to begin improving. Just after setup, data collection is only beginning — a low score or 0 is normal.
Check your overall score and per-AI scores
The top of the dashboard shows your overall GEO score, citation exposure rate, and GA4 link clicks. Per-AI scores for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok are also shown on the same screen. Use this to understand which AI platforms have lower scores and set your improvement priorities.
Check competitor scores
The gap with competitors is visible on the same dashboard. Comparing your score with competitors reveals which AI platforms have the largest gaps and where you're falling behind.
2. Review AI citations
After the dashboard, go to the "AI Citations" page to review details for each registered query.
Funnel-stage summary
See at a glance which queries you're being mentioned for across ToFu, MoFu, and BoFu.
The scores shown here cover only your custom monitoring queries. The "per-AI scores" on the dashboard include all queries including auto-generated ones, so the numbers may differ. If many of your targeted queries show "no mention," that's your growth opportunity — even if the dashboard score looks high.
Per-query detail
Check per-AI scores for each query. Identify which AI platforms have weak performance on which queries.
Brand safety diagnosis
Check whether AI is describing your brand negatively. Mentions are classified as "positive, neutral, or negative," and the proportion that is not negative is shown as a "safety rate." AI platforms with even one negative mention are highlighted with a warning.
3. Execute improvements
Once you've reviewed your scores and citation status, execute improvements. The recommended order is: site diagnosis → GAP analysis → improvement suggestions.
① Fix issues identified in site diagnosis
The site diagnosis page diagnoses the fundamental settings that help AI correctly recognize your site (schema and structured data implementation status, etc.). Focus on items marked as problematic (NG) and fix those first.
Schema that needs fixing can be generated page by page from the structured data page. Pass the generated code to your developer to implement, or implement it yourself. After implementation, click "Scan page" and the number of problematic items should decrease.
② Review and address the GAP with your ideal in GAP analysis
GAP analysis shows the gap between your "ideal AI recognition" (defined in basic settings) and current AI recognition as text-based improvement actions. Specific improvement copy is generated — reflect it in your site or FAQ.
After reflecting changes, click "Refresh data now" to re-measure in Genview. Note that it may take time for AI's recognition to change on its end. For now, use it as a before/after record.
③ Execute improvement suggestions one at a time
The improvement suggestions page shows auto-generated strategies based on your score. Output is in a ready-to-copy format. Execute them one at a time, starting with the highest priority.
4. Refresh data and check changes
After executing improvements, refresh data to check how scores have changed.
Immediate update
Right after reflecting GAP analysis strategies or fixing site diagnosis issues, you can verify changes with an immediate update. GAP analysis Before/After can be checked numerically, and site diagnosis shows changes in the number of problematic items.
Re-collect query data
If you've changed queries, click "Refresh data now" on the query settings page to re-collect data under the updated queries. Pro plan users can use this up to 3 times per month.
Update the dashboard
Running a data update on the dashboard triggers a full re-measurement of Genview scores. Check whether the effect of your strategies is reflected in the scores.
⚠ Score changes take time to reflect
Even after executing strategies, AI score reflection can take weeks to months. An immediate update re-collects Genview's data — it's not the same as AI itself updating its recognition. Consistent, continued improvement is what matters.
5. Repeat this cycle
Repeating the above flow is what using Genview actually looks like. Continuing the measure → improve cycle raises per-AI scores, increases citation exposure, and builds a state where AI chooses you. With GA4 integration set up, tracking AI-sourced traffic data enables even deeper analysis.
①
Check current scores and competitor gaps on the dashboard
②
Identify weaknesses by query and funnel stage in AI citations
③
Execute strategies in order: site diagnosis → GAP analysis → improvement suggestions
