Genview（以下「本サービス」）は、株式会社FID（以下「当社」）が提供するAI検索最適化モニタリング・分析・レポートサービスです。当社はお客様に代わりAIプラットフォーム（ChatGPT、Gemini、Copilot等）に問い合わせを行い、ブランドの可視性に関する月次レポートを提供します。

Genview ("the Service") is an AI search optimization monitoring, analysis, and reporting service provided by FID Ltd. ("the Company"). We query AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) on behalf of customers and provide monthly reports on brand visibility.

ユーザーはGoogle OAuthを通じて登録する必要があります。1メールアドレスにつき1アカウントです。組織はプランの上限内で複数のユーザーを持つことができます。

Users must register via Google OAuth. One account per email address. Organizations may have multiple users within plan limits.

• サブスクリプションは契約日から月額または年額で課金されます。
• アップグレードは即時適用され、日割り計算されます。
• ダウングレードは現在の課金期間の終了時に適用されます。
• 解約は現在の課金期間の終了時に有効になります。
• データは解約後30日間保持されます。
• 部分的な課金期間の返金は行いません。

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually from the date of subscription.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
• Refunds are not available for partial billing periods.

• SEO会社・コンサルティング会社等（以下「パートナー」）は、クライアントに代わってGenviewアカウントを作成・管理することができます。
• パートナーは、1クライアントにつき1アカウントを作成し、オーナーとして管理するものとします。
• パートナーは、クライアントの同意を得た上で、クライアントのメンバーをアカウントに招待することができます。
• パートナーは、クライアントのデータを適切に管理し、契約終了時にはオーナー権限をクライアントに移管するものとします。
• パートナーによるアカウント管理は、本規約の全条項に従うものとします。

• SEO agencies, consulting firms, and other partners ("Partners") may create and manage Genview accounts on behalf of their clients.
• Partners shall create one account per client and manage it as the account owner.
• Partners may invite client team members to the account with the client's consent.
• Partners shall manage client data responsibly and transfer ownership to the client upon contract termination.
• Partner-managed accounts are subject to all terms of this agreement.

利用者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 本サービスのソフトウェア、アルゴリズム、スコアリングエンジン、AIクエリシステムその他の技術的仕組みに対する、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、解析、模倣、再現またはこれらに類する行為
• GEOスコアの算出方法、重み付け、計算式、評価基準その他のアルゴリズムの詳細を推測・解明・公開する行為（スコアの算出ロジックは当社の営業秘密に該当します）
• 本サービスから取得したデータ、スコア、レポート、施策提案その他の成果物を、第三者への販売、再配布、または競合サービスの開発に利用する行為
• AIクエリシステムの濫用（大量の自動リクエスト、API制限の回避等）
• 本サービスの機能を模倣した競合サービスの構築
• 本サービスを違法な目的に使用する行為

Users shall not engage in any of the following activities.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, analyzing, imitating, reproducing, or any similar acts directed at the Service's software, algorithms, scoring engine, AI query system, or other technical mechanisms
• Attempting to deduce, determine, or publicly disclose the GEO Score calculation methodology, weighting, formulas, evaluation criteria, or other algorithmic details (the scoring logic constitutes our trade secret)
• Selling, redistributing, or using data, scores, reports, improvement suggestions, or other outputs obtained from the Service for the development of competing services or for provision to third parties
• Abusing the AI query system (automated mass requests, circumventing API limits, etc.)
• Building competing services that imitate the functionality of the Service
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose

本サービスを通じて生成されたAI回答および分析結果はお客様の組織に帰属します。

当社は、お客様のデータを匿名化・統計処理した上で、以下の目的に利用する権利を有します。なお、個別の企業名・ブランド名・スコアが特定される形で第三者に開示されることはありません。

• 業界別ベンチマーク・平均スコアの算出と提供
• AIプラットフォーム別の傾向分析・特性レポートの生成
• 施策効果の統計的測定とサービス改善への活用
• GEO市場調査・白書等の調査レポートの作成と公開
• サービス品質の向上を目的とした機械学習・分析モデルの改善

AI responses and analysis results generated through the Service belong to the customer's organization.

The Company retains the right to use customer data in anonymized, aggregated form for the following purposes. Individual company names, brand names, or scores will never be disclosed to third parties in identifiable form.

• Industry benchmarks and average score calculation
• AI platform trend analysis and characteristics reporting
• Statistical measurement of action effectiveness and service improvement
• GEO market research, white papers, and published research reports
• Improvement of machine learning and analysis models for service quality

本サービスは「現状有姿（as is）」で提供されます。当社は、本サービスが提供するスコア、分析結果、改善提案、コンサルティング内容、その他一切の情報について、その正確性、完全性、有用性、特定目的への適合性を保証しません。

本サービスの利用により、またはスコア表示・改善提案・コンサルティング内容に基づいてお客様が行った行動により生じた、直接的・間接的・付随的・特別・結果的損害（逸失利益、売上減少、データ損失、事業中断、信用毀損を含みますがこれらに限りません）について、当社はいかなる場合も一切の賠償責任を負いません。これは、当社が当該損害の可能性について事前に通知を受けていた場合も同様です。

AIプラットフォームの回答内容は当社の管理外であり、予告なく変更される場合があります。スコアの変動や改善提案の効果は保証されるものではなく、あくまで参考情報として提供されます。

The Service is provided "as is." The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any scores, analysis results, improvement suggestions, consulting content, or any other information provided through the Service.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or damage to reputation) arising from the use of the Service, or from any actions taken based on scores, improvement suggestions, or consulting content provided by the Service. This applies even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

AI platform responses are beyond our control and may change without notice. Score fluctuations and the effectiveness of improvement suggestions are not guaranteed and are provided for reference purposes only.

前条にかかわらず、万一当社に賠償責任が生じた場合でも、その賠償額はお客様が当該損害発生月の直前1か月間に当社に支払った利用料金の額を上限とします。

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event the Company is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid by the customer in the one (1) month immediately preceding the month in which the damage occurred.

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
