For each monitoring query you've set up, you can see how ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok are treating your brand, broken down by funnel stage and tracked over time.
What query monitoring reveals
① See whether your brand is being cited on the queries you care about (Funnel summary)
For each monitoring query you've set up, see how each of the five AI platforms is handling your brand — whether it's correctly recognized (Matched), misidentified (Misrecognized), or not yet appearing (Not mentioned). Filter by ToFu, MoFu, and BoFu tabs.
② Track how your score is changing over time (GEO score trend)
The score trend graph shows whether your strategies are having an effect. The Pro plan updates key queries like BoFu daily; all others update weekly. Both are displayed separately.
③ See detailed scores for every query × AI combination (Query detail)
View every query you've set up alongside the individual scores from all five AI platforms. "This query scores 95 (Matched) on ChatGPT but 0 (Not mentioned) on Gemini" — this level of detail makes it easy to pinpoint weaknesses.
④ Know which queries to improve first
Identify the queries with the most "Not mentioned" or "Misrecognized" results. Knowing which funnel stage, which AI, and which question you're weakest on makes it easier to prioritize your improvement strategies.
Why the numbers differ from your dashboard
The figures on this page may differ from the AI score shown on your dashboard.
Dashboard AI score
Covers all queries, including auto-generated ones like brand name queries. Brand queries tend to favor you, so the score can look higher.
AI Citations (this page)
Covers only the custom queries you've set up. If a target query shows "Not mentioned," that's where your growth potential is — even if your dashboard score looks strong.

Running query monitoring tends to surface patterns like these. The right strategy depends on which pattern applies to you.
BoFu matched, ToFu not mentioned
Appearing on comparison and selection-stage queries, but not yet on broader awareness-stage queries. Building top-of-funnel recognition is the next priority.
Misrecognized on specific AI platforms
Only Gemini or Perplexity is misidentifying you. Targeted content improvements aligned with that platform's characteristics are needed.
Score trend is flat
Strategies have been executed but scores aren't moving. The direction or implementation of the strategy may need to be reviewed.
MoFu queries mostly not mentioned
Not appearing on comparison queries. Strengthening comparison pages and case studies tends to be effective.

Brand safety diagnosis
Checks whether AI is treating your brand negatively. AI mentions are classified as positive, neutral, or negative, and the percentage that is not negative is displayed as your safety rate. Any AI with even one negative mention is flagged with a warning indicator so you can spot risks early.
