Article 1: Information We Collect
- Account information: Email address, name (via Google OAuth)
- Organization information: Company name, industry, target services, competitor companies
- Usage data: Login timestamps, feature usage, report views
- AI response data: Responses from AI platforms queried on behalf of customers
- Payment information: Managed by Stripe. The Company does not store credit card numbers.
Article 2: Purposes of Use
- Providing AI search optimization monitoring and reporting services
- Generating industry benchmarks and AI platform-specific trend analysis (using anonymized and statistically aggregated data only)
- Statistically measuring the effectiveness of strategies (analyzing how much each improvement measure affects scores)
- Creating and publishing GEO market research reports, white papers, and similar research materials (using only statistical data that cannot identify individual companies)
- Improving machine learning models to enhance analysis accuracy and strategy recommendation accuracy
- Sending service notifications and reports
- Improving service quality
Article 3: Information Sharing
The Company does not sell personal data. Information is shared only with the following services:
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Firebase / Google: Authentication
- Google Workspace: Email delivery
- AI platforms: Query execution on behalf of customers
Article 4: Data Management by Partners
When a Partner such as an SEO agency manages an account on behalf of a customer, the Partner has access to the customer's data. In such cases, the Partner shall use the customer's data only within the scope of the Service's stated purposes and shall not disclose it to third parties. Upon termination of the partner relationship, account ownership is transferred to the customer.
Article 5: Data Retention
- Active accounts: Retained for the duration of the active subscription
- Cancelled accounts: Retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted
- Free diagnostic data: Retained for 90 days
Article 6: Customer Rights
Customers have the right to access their data, request corrections of errors, request deletion, and export their data. Please contact us at report@genview.io to make such requests.
Article 7: GDPR (Customers in the EU)
For customers in the EU, Genview acts as a data processor. The legal basis for processing is contractual necessity and legitimate interests. Data transfers outside the EU are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Article 8: Cookies
The Company uses localStorage for authentication tokens and language settings. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
