Genview Overall Improvement consolidates cross-site issues that cannot be resolved through a single query or page, including information architecture, AI-readable structure, and external trust-building.
Filter initiatives by difficulty, category, owner, and status, then start with actions your team can implement. Each initiative includes the reason it is needed, concrete implementation steps, alternatives, draft content, and AI consultation.
What Overall Improvement Shows
Overall Improvement addresses cross-cutting issues shared across multiple queries and pages, including external sites and site structure.
Site-Wide Information Architecture
Review improvements spanning multiple pages, such as service definitions, selection criteria, internal links, and update-date displays.
AI-Readable Structure
Review structured data, AI guidance files such as llms.txt, crawl infrastructure, and other foundations that help AI systems retrieve information.
External Trust-Building
Review trust-building initiatives outside your site, including comparison sites, third-party media, external profiles, and reviews.
Difference from Query Improvement Query Improvement reviews AI responses for each registered question and improves the assigned URL. Overall Improvement addresses cross-cutting issues across multiple pages and external sites.
Filter Improvement Initiatives
When the number of initiatives grows, filter by difficulty, category, owner, and status to show only the actions you need to review.
Difficulty Filter by the required workload and expertise: Easy, Medium, or Difficult.
Category Filter by entity design, content, information structure, crawl infrastructure, or reputation building.
Owner Filter by the assigned owner, such as marketing, public relations, or project management.
Status Filter by progress: Not Started, In Progress, or Complete.
Start by filtering for Not Started and Easy initiatives. Choose one initiative that can be implemented with your current team and permissions.
Select an Initiative from the List
The list displays site-wide improvement initiatives identified by AI analysis. Select an initiative to review its rationale, implementation steps, and draft content.
Initiative
Summarizes what should be improved and on which page or external site.
Category
Initiatives are classified as entity design, content and E-E-A-T, information structure and readability, crawl infrastructure, or reputation building.

An estimate of the workload and expertise required. Actual difficulty varies by site environment and internal resources.

You do not need to implement initiatives in list order. Start with initiatives your current team and permissions can support. For difficult initiatives, review alternatives or use the Cannot Implement option.
Review Initiative Details and Implementation Steps
Selecting an initiative displays the following three areas, from rationale through implementation.
1. Explanation
Review the current situation, cause, solution, implementation steps, alternatives, and intended outcome.
2. Draft Content
Provides draft copy and structure that can be added to the site.
3. AI Consultation
Ask questions about wording, implementation location, alternatives, and priorities based on the current initiative.
Do not publish draft content without review. Draft content may include functions, results, conditions, or other information that does not apply to your company or is no longer current. Verify functions, pricing, results, target customers, and supported AI systems, then revise the text to your official wording before publication.
