Genview Site Diagnosis checks whether the basic settings required for AI systems to read and understand your website are in place. It reviews technical items such as HTTPS, robots.txt, AI bot crawl permissions, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, metadata, OGP, llms.txt, and noindex, together with E-E-A-T-related URLs registered in Improvement Page Settings.
Site Diagnosis does not measure how often your company is mentioned or cited in AI responses. It checks the foundation required for AI systems to understand and trust your site and helps you identify missing or problematic settings.

What Site Diagnosis Checks
Site Diagnosis checks the following two foundations.

Settings Required for Correct AI Understanding
Checks HTTPS, robots.txt, AI bot crawl permissions, sitemaps, canonical tags, meta descriptions, OGP, llms.txt, noindex, and related settings.

Information Required for AI Trust
Checks whether URLs for experience, expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness are registered in Improvement Page Settings.
A completed status does not guarantee AI mentions or citations. Site Diagnosis checks whether basic GEO settings are present. Use the Dashboard or Query Improvement to review AI mentions and citations.
How to Read the Last Updated Date and Summary
At the top of Site Diagnosis, you can review when the diagnosis was last obtained, the scope checked, and the number of problematic items.
Last Updated
The date when the currently displayed diagnosis was last obtained. Updating the site alone does not refresh the result automatically.
Checked URLs and Files
The total number of checked pages plus robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and llms.txt.
Problematic Items
The number of items under “1. Understood Correctly by AI” marked missing or problematic. Unregistered URLs under “2. Trusted by AI” are not included.
Shows the last updated date, scan button, checked URL and file count, and problematic item count.

Review the status and evidence for each item. Click an item name to see its definition, or open Help to review setup and remediation instructions.
HTTPS Whether communication is encrypted and pages can be displayed securely
robots.txt Whether crawl rules for search engines and AI bots are present
AI Bot Crawl Permission Whether major AI bots are not blocked in robots.txt
XML Sitemap Whether sitemap.xml is present to communicate site URLs
Sitemap lastmod Whether each page’s last update date is included in the sitemap
URL Canonicalization (canonical) Whether the canonical URL is specified
Meta Description Whether a meta description is set
OGP Whether title, description, and image data for sharing are configured
llms.txt Whether a file is present to guide AI systems to site summaries and key pages
noindex Check Whether pages intended for publication are free of noindex
“Evidence” explains the reason for the judgment. It shows why an item was judged complete or missing, such as “robots.txt detected” or “canonical link detected.”

Checks whether URLs are registered in Improvement Page Settings for the four categories of experience, expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness.

This is not based on automatic website discovery. Only URLs registered in Improvement Page Settings are checked. Even if a page exists, it is shown as missing unless its URL is registered. The system does not judge whether the page content fits the category or is up to date.

Update Results with “Scan This Page”
After updating the site, click “Scan This Page” to refresh the diagnosis. This operation rechecks the registered target site; it does not merely reload the diagnosis screen.

Review Help
Use the item’s Help link to review the setting and correction method.
STEP 2
Update the Site
Update the CMS, server settings, head tags, or relevant files, then publish.
STEP 3
Rescan
After publishing, rescan and confirm that the status has updated.
If the Status Does Not Change to Complete Confirm that the changes are live, the target URL is correct, and no cache is preventing the update.
