How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
You can cancel your Genview subscription at any time from the Billing screen in the dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling During the Trial Period
Standard and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial from the date of sign-up. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial ends, the standard cancellation policy applies.
Please complete the cancellation process from the Billing screen before the end of your trial period.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your dashboard
- Open the Billing screen
- Complete the cancellation process
After cancelling, you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing period.
Your Data After Cancellation
Data accumulated to date is retained after cancellation.
- Retained: GEO score history, monthly reports, improvement strategy history
- Refunds: Prorated refunds are not available.
Considering a Downgrade Instead?
If you're considering downgrading rather than cancelling, plan changes can also be made from the Billing screen. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
