Why Is the Maximum Number of Registered Queries 9?
Genview currently uses a structure of 3 queries per funnel stage — ToFu, MoFu, and BoFu — for a total of 9 queries. Rather than monitoring 100 unstructured queries, 9 purposefully designed queries make it clearer which funnel stage has a problem.
Why design around 9 queries
What matters in GEO is which queries and which context you want to be cited in — whether that's the problem-awareness stage (ToFu), the solution-seeking stage (MoFu), or the comparison and decision stage (BoFu). Designing across these three stages lets you identify which funnel stage is causing a low score.
For example, if your BoFu score is low but your ToFu score is high, you can diagnose the issue as: "AI is aware of us at the awareness stage, but we're not making it into the comparison set." Simply adding more unstructured queries won't give you this kind of diagnosis.
Adding more queries
Additional queries can be purchased for ¥1,000 per month. Since the right balance across funnel stages varies by user, feel free to add more as needed.
* Query registration and management is available on the Standard plan (up to 5 queries) and Pro plan (up to 9 queries). See the pricing page for details.
About custom query limits
Custom query allocation per funnel stage is planned for a future update. For now, the priority is confirming what can be seen with a well-designed set of 9.
